We installed the light over our kitchen sink and it looks great! I like that there were segments to the rod so we could adjust the height to our needs. The quality is very nice does not look cheap like so many of the "big box" lights.
Our only complaint is that the instructions were nonsensical. They were obviously translated. Someone needs to rewrite them.So we relied on our instincts to install it which was fairly easy to do luckily.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The pendants arrived in 3 days with no dammage. I had an electrician install them, so I can't vouch for the ease of installation. They were of good quality and look just as they appeared in the photo. They are modern and sleek and I am pleased with my choice.

  • Q: What does the top end of the fixture look like? Is it just a wire straight up without any top? Or is there some sort of round cap like the other fixtures so it can be attached to the ceiling?

    A: There is a canopy that attaches the pendant to the ceiling. Its just a round plate that hides the hole and the wiring in the ceiling.

  • Q: This light (3497 Eileen Pendant) is listed as 48 inches long. Is this correct?

    A: The item will come a few different size down rods. Normally 6" is the shortess you could hang it. And 48" at the longest.
