Since I had a technical question I could not get answered on your web site, I called the 888 number and spoke with a sales associate. He was able to quickly answer my question and complete the order. The emails from your company allowed me to track the status of my order. The order arrived complete, in good condition and when the tracking information said it would. Everything works fine and it looks great. Thanks for a good experience.

I wanted a bit more than a 4 foot track and 3 lights. I needed 5 lights and a couple of 2 foot track sections. I started out for Home Depot & Lowes knowing that I was not going to get what I needed. Sure enough, neither place had everything. Then I remembered several years ago when I needed a special fixture for my newly remodedled bathroom. That's when I remembered Lighting Universe. You guys have everything. Lighting Universe will be my first choice from now on.
